Steven's been in Real Estate for a very long time, but it's only been the last 6 years that he has exclusively focused on Residential Sales. He's a proud City agent -- born in and grew up looking at that skyline all day long. Los Angeles is home. And it is his personal belief that the City still has lots of room for everyone:

Steven attended USC’s Annenberg School of Communication in the 90’s. But having always been an architecture lover, he realized this was not the correct path. After his first trip to the UK in 2001, Steven decided to enroll at a design institute in the UK, where he earned a degree in Design Management.

After 14 years away, he decided to return and get reacquainted with his hometown, placing a special focus on districts of the city that are rich in local history: Jefferson Park, Leimert Park, South LA, Highland Park and El Sereno. He also specializes in renovations, historical properties and City Permitting.

Steven has lived in numerous cities including New York, Chicago, London and Mexico City. He loves photography, abstract art, going to concerts and collecting Adidas Originals.

With an extensive knowledge of construction (13 years in commercial real estate!) my clients trust my judgement on fixers, renovations and inspections results.
